Felt more like a number than a person. Took my truck in for a 6 month check and a recall along with some concerns. Concerns were addressed and even got to go for a test drive with a tec Took my truck in for a 6 month check and a recall along with some concerns. Concerns were addressed and even got to go for a test drive with a tech after they couldn't figure out the concerns. However this was not the tech that worked on the truck and did not understand the concerns. During the test drive he saw the concerns in real time and did not know why they would happen. He said they might just be normal with this new system and he would have to keep the truck. I don't mind leaving the truck provided I was asked to pick up the truck. I have parts coming in for some of the concerns and will be requesting talking to the tech or lead who will be working on my truck. Keeping the truck is not a problem but asking me to pick it up when you need it longer is not ok. In the end the recall was not even done and it's a safety recall. Service writer was nice overall but just not experienced in handling vehicles with concern issues even when shown. More
