All in all a very good experience. Our salesman, Omid, did a good job of outlining our options. We went with AutoNation (an hour's drive away) because they did not have a dealer markup Our salesman, Omid, did a good job of outlining our options. We went with AutoNation (an hour's drive away) because they did not have a dealer markup over MSRP, unlike our local dealer who insisted that every dealer was charging a markup. It took awhile for our car to reach the dealership and Omid kept us updated on arrival time. One thing--there is a hard sell to buy extended warranty and service coverage at the end of the purchase activity, but in my experience that is typical of all dealerships. More
