Hi Mrs. Hill, I have read you review and I'm sorry you feel that way. Also I apologize on behalf of the dealership as we never intended to do do business this way with any of our customers. I stepped in after seeing your frustration over the wait and rushed them to get that car to you. You said your son was late to work. Detail can always be handled on his off time and redone and I have no problem ensuring they do just that when he has time to come by. However I did push that through myself, so if the car was not complete that would be my fault. Also something I can and will rectify. I do hope you would reconsider your review. We shouldn't have sold you anything that wasn't ready to sell, however I know Joe was doing his best to help, rather than turn you down the road to a street car that you wouldn't have been able to bring back and have the situation rectified. I personally apologized to you yesterday before you left and gave you my card so i can make anything right that needs done within my power.
