Bought my car from the dealership and was a loyal customer in the past. They lied to me about the registration of my vehicle. They would not turn in the documents needed for me to get my tags. All th customer in the past. They lied to me about the registration of my vehicle. They would not turn in the documents needed for me to get my tags. All they keep saying was by law we have 30 days and they waited that long. My vehicle was not in the computer for over two months. It took me 71 days till I got my tags. They stated after numerous trips to dealership and DMV that they only had one person in two states that handled the registration paperwork. That’s not my fault, maybe it’s the way you treat people is a reason why. But to lie about it is one thing. So what is my time and gas worth going back and forth to try and keep the paperwork done.
