Our 2014 Nissan Altima's engine light came on while we were visiting the mountains of North Carolina. What to do? We plugged into our GPS the Nissan dealers in our area and were directed to Auto Star in Boone. We were greeted by Reed Bradt who said he would take care of our problem. In about 30 minutes, the car was repaired and we were back on our way. While we waited, we had a nice conversation with Kevin Dutton who made us feel right at home even though we were hundreds of miles from home. What a couple of great guys! Thanks so much for helping us in our hour of need.

While I have issues with Nissan Corporate, Everett Nissan are always helpful, friendly, and their service is the best in the high country. I am so glad that Ted moved with Nissan ( after working at another dealership in Boone) and he is a good part of why I decided to only buy Nissan. He is super helpful, goes out of his way for customers and always is honest about what you need done or don't need done.
Everett Nissan provided an excellent service experience on my recent visit. Their Customer Service is second to none, going above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this Service Center.
So my old Nissan gave up the will to live unexpectedly. This is never a good news day but between Ted and Curt I ended up with lemonade out of lemons. Ted is so helpful and it feels great to have someone who is so obviously honest and ethical speaking engines to you (as this is not my native tongue). Curt felt like buying a car from my Dad. His main goal seemed to be what was best for me and my family. Every single person I dealt while, while buying my new car, couldn't have been nicer.

We were on vacation in the mountains and our check tire pressure light was on. We went to Everett Nissan and Reed Bradt, Service Adviser, checked out the pressure and found it to be low. They added air and recommended we return the next morning to see if we had an air leak. Well it was again down . They worked us into a very busy morning for them and repaired the valve stem seal for us without charge. Apparently it had been broken when the tire company had installed these new tires way back in our hometown. They helped us when we were hundreds of miles away from home. Can't praise them enough for their wonderful service. They saved our vacation. Reed Bradt gave us excellent , courteous service when it was obvious he was having a very busy morning.
We service our Toyota, Ford, GMC and Infiniti vehicles at Everett Nissan. They are helpful, courteous, efficient and thorough. I was in and out for a recent vehicle inspection in 15 minutes. They know us by name.
This is the 4th car we have purchased from this dealership. They are so friendly and awesome service! This is the 2nd car we've purchased with Kevin. He had wonderful knowledge of the car and I was sold as soon as I test drove it. Ted in service is the best, it is like we're friends. Just love everyone at this place. We drive all the way up there from Hickory just to have it serviced and get an oil change. You won't be disappointed in them at all!

"Came in with a truck that wouldn't run b/c squirrels..."
Came in with a truck that wouldn't run b/c squirrels had chewed a wire under the hood. they told me in order to fix it the damaged wire, they had to order an entire tune-up kit which included the wire so I had them do it. Found out later they could've easily just replaced the wire. I was charged $500.
