Had a pretty major issue with a sprinter van for our fleet. I reported this to Autobahn and they were very fast at responding to the issue. To my surprise the part had already arrived either Monday or Tuesday and had the van ready to go by 3.28.24. Took my car in three times for them to finally fix the issue. Overall they were in possession of my car for 30 days and put over 100 miles on it trying to 'fix' it. The first two times they gave the car back to me they even noted that the issue was "mitigated" NOT fixed. Communication with my advisor was poor and made me feel that they didn't care about me at all. Very poor experience after having bought my car from this dealership. More

I gave up on their service a couple of years ago and started taking my Autobahn purchased vehicles to the new SF Mercedes in South San Francisco - much better experience. Autobahn reminded me again today why they suck. I bought a new GLC from Franz a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday it had some software issues so they promised to send someone to pick up the new car and leave me with a loaner. (While that may sound like great service, they are doing it because I'm also in the process of having a 2021 GLE450 repurchased by Mercedes because it was a lemon - another story...) The window today was from 10am to 2pm. I've been stuck waiting for them for over 4 hours. No one called, no one showed up. I called them and left a message which was returned soon after saying they would send someone out within the hour. Would it have been that difficult to call me at 10 and let me know they were going to be late? More
