We are not sure why Nick, who purchased a used car (non-BMW) is taking all his aggression out on our biller/title clerk. It was such a small issue about sending his plates and he blew up and promised to hit every review site about her. Really sad, he ended up changing his mind again and we had to send him his plates anyway. We wish him well and hope he feels better about us soon.

This dealership also thinks it’s appropriate to share personal information with random people via email. I have yet to get a response from the dealer regarding this matter. I’ve had to file a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General to try to reach a resolution. I sure hope they feel better soon and begin responding to concerns.

Your email address was accidentally added as a cc: to one (1) customer's email notifying her that her plates were in. No protected personal information was shared with you or about you. This claim has no real merit and there is no resolution you should be expecting. We have mailed a letter to your home as well.
