So, let me preface this by saying that I wasn't planning on buying a car until April or May. In the process of me showing my girlfriend the type of car that I would like I came across a beautiful 2 planning on buying a car until April or May. It was exactly as I wanted and it was $6000 under Blue Book Value, I stared at that car all night and eventually thought to myself, "Why am I wating?" I noticed that there were 7 other people "watching" the car and I couldn't let it get away so I purchased the car. As soon as I sent the payment I thought, "What in the world did I just do?!" "I just bought a CAR ON EBAY!" "No test drive, no kicking of the tires, NOTHING! I am not the type of person to buy a pair of shoes sight unseen, let alone a car. As this was my first time purchasing a vehicle this way needless to say I was worried the car wouldn't actually be as perfect as it seemed online. After I submitted my down payment I started to get visions of online dating and the person online who has a picture of themselves posted when they were 15 years younger and 40 pounds lighter. And then you show up and..well....you know. The day of my purchase I called the owner, Bill on his cell phone to ensure the car was still available and that it was actually as advertised. Although I called Bill on a rainy Sunday while he was outside walking his dog he was very friendly and patient with my questions and assured me I would be satisfied. On Monday, I called and spoke with Mike who would become my salesperson and asked him to fax over the paperwork to my bank so that I could pick up the check and arrive before they closed that night. Mike faxed the paperwork within 5 minutes and silenced more of my worries. Automotive Avenues closes at 6:30 and traffic was a nightmare coming from Philadelphia during rush hour. I called Mike and not only did he promise to stay open and wait for me to arrive but he also gave me better directions than my GPS. We arrived at 6:45 and was finished the process before 7:00. The car looks and drives like it is brand new. Honestly, it even looks better in person. I was so happy driving back to Philly; however, even though I was satisfied, I was still a little worried that the bottom would fall out in 2 months. To ensure the mechanics matched its physical appearance I took it to my local Nissan Dealer for a complete check-up. The call came pretty quickly that the car is in excellent condition!! No repairs needed! Just as advertised! No matter how you are looking to purchase a vehicle I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Automotive Avenues in New Jersey. The staff there is friendly, professional and honest. After this purchase my mother informed me that she is due for a new car soon to replace her dying 2000 Chevy Malibu. I hope Mike is ready to give my directions again. More

Subsequently, I had a small problem with the Nevada DMV over some additional information they wanted before issuing a new title. I spoke with John and he assured me that the problem would be handled as a priority. It's hard to imagine how a long distance vehicle purchase could have been done more professionally. We traveled 75 miles from Philadelphia to Automotive Avenues in Wall Township, New Jersey to see an advertised 2006 Chrysler 300 Touring sedan. The car was just as advertised. The salesperson Matt was very courteous, helpful, and considerate of the fact that we had traveled a distance in search of this vehicle. The vehicle was at their repair facility for minor repairs, yet, we were allowed to visit the repair center on our way back to Philadelphia to see the car. We liked what we saw and returned the next day for a test drive and to purchase the vehicle. There were additional minor repairs needed; parts were order, arrangements made, and the vehicle was returned for the repairs one week later. The repairs were completed as promised and the experience with the repair shop owner Eric Bradbury could not have been better, a true testament to the quality of customer service from Automotive Avenues. They made the used car buying experience a pleasure as well as the 150 mile roundtrip drive well worth it. The owner, Bill, and his entire staff are courteous and customer-centric. I have been driving the car for the last 3 weeks and am very pleased. I took the car for a full service/maintenance check at a local Toyota dealership. The car passed with flying colors, but for a couple minor bulbs that needed to be replaced. Also, after picking up the car, I realized there was no FM/AM reception.
