I drove from Long Beach because you had pricing deals other dealerships couldn't meet and came to buy a car, sight unseen. When I drove it, the model trim wasn't what I thought I wanted but Terrence was calm, consistent and found me an alternative without pressure or haggle. I was there during one of your busiest sale weekends but I always felt like a priority, even when others were waiting for him. Not only will I be back, I will refer others to make the drive down to beautiful Carlsbad so that they too, can enjoy the same experience. Terrence went above and beyond and I couldn't be more excited to pick up my new vehicle (again making the 65+ mile drive) this weekend! More

The service advisor, PJ, was friendly & seemed to know what he was doing in that he had an idea of what might be causing the problem with my car. He told me it would take 45 min to 1 hour. I was 15 min early for my appointment. 4 hours later I finally couldn’t wait anymore, being out of my water with none available at the dealership—which is totally inhuman. In all that time, they had done nothing but find out the problem—& I have to go back, again, for them to fix it because they didn’t have the necessary sensor on hand. I suspect my car was not taken in on time & was waiting in line for a good chunk of my time there—the line to get in had been giant. PJ never checked in with me. And, after waiting 4 hours, they still hadn’t even washed my car, which PJ wanted me to wait for them to do. No! I asked for the car right away, being very hungry because I’m not going to eat at a restaurant during a pandemic. I was stuck at/around the dealership, & my time was not valued by anyone. I’m fact, I have never taken my car into Bob Baker, even for routine service checks, & gotten out of there in less than 3 hours. And I always have an appointment. I’m very unnerved. You seem to think people will be happy if you give them a smile & a free car wash, but I’m telling you that respecting my time counts for so much more with me. And when this lease is up, I’m done with you. More
