Made quickest appointment for recall of eye sight programming which was 7-10 days out. When I arrived for my 8:30 am appointment I wasn't ' on the schedule '. I made an appointment for a diagnostic on my AC. Several employees had told me the appt would be 1-1.5 hours, possibly up to 4 hours. Subaru had my car for 2.5 hours and did nothing. He stated, 'there is no way if you drop your car off at 2 we are going to look at it by 5' and complained that Subaru had book 118 appts that day (including mine) so there's no way they could get to everyone. I changed my mind about having my car serviced there and I will never be back. More
