I knew the car I wanted and looked up reviews encouraging people to connect with Phil. I’m glad I read the reviews and sought him out. What transpired after, all on the same day, was a phone call, an appointment, a test drive, some alignment between my wife and I about colors and interiors (which Phil kindly and patiently took us around the lot and into a few cars to make 100% sure), and us leaving with an amazing new family car. This was an exceptional experience, Phil and I even bonded over pizzerias (I recommend Cambiotti’s, Phil recommends Kinchley’s). Phil also made certain that Jose, the finance manager, was well prepared for us, making that part of our experience pleasant and completely painless (Jose is super nice too!). He also made sure that I was introduced to Mark in parts and service to make sure that I had the perfect contact to have running boards installed. This place really loves their customers.
