He listened to me, made suggestions for a used car for my daughter and walked me through every step without being pushy, or talking down to me. My credit was hurting, so the finance guy, Rich, worked to get us a very good bank rate. It took a couple days, but he was able to get a very reasonable %. My daughter loves the car! I was so impressed with their help I bought myself a new Optima. I'm recommending them to everyone I know. Of course, the car speaks volumes to all the people who see it. Thanks guys. Purchased a brand new 2012 Kia Sorento from Sidney. One of the best sales experience I have ever had. The price I was given was the price I paid, I saved $ 6,500 off MSRP.
