Buyer beware! This place will tell you one thing and do something else. They will be very nice and friendly until you buy the car. You wi think you are getting a good deal with a warranty come to find out something else. They will be very nice and friendly until you buy the car. Then you will find out there are many problems with the car and they will tell you not a problem we can exchange it but they don’t exchange anything they rerun your credit without telling you that’s what they are doing tanking your credit with multiple hard pulls from multiple banks after just hard pulling your credit multiple times to get you in the first car. Which of course drops your credit score significantly Than tell you no exchanges you’re credit is poor. I speak from personal experience! Even if they say they will fix the car it won’t run the same and who know for how long it will run for. you have very little protection when you buy a used car. If you go with them confirm everything, ask lots of questions, reread your contracts carefully, have the car checked out or better yet go somewhere else! More

Jacked up Price, changed original loan etc I was told the car was $8000.00, when my grandaughter showed up it was jacked up to $9500.00. I asked for an explanation and was ignored. With added warranties etc. the loan ended up to be $5000.00 dollars over the list price of the car. I was told we would be give two sets of keys and we were not. I also asked to see the carfax report which was also ignored and never shown to me.. I came as a co-signer and they switched the loan to me at the end. I usually prefer to take the papers to the Credit Union myself and not sign the loan at the dealership, unfortunately I was on medication for an injury and was not on the top of my game. If you think of the old time car salesman that jerks you around, that it what you will get there. I would stay clear of this dealership. Unfortunately it will not send a review unless you give them at least one star, so ignore the stars. More

Horrible the process takes forever and you can't reach them on a phone it goes to voicemail all the time . Different people different answers . The cars they put on the ad are different. Great place to buy a car!! I had an awesome experience with Avis! They were so helpful, friendly, made everything go quick. My sales guy, Travis, knew my time was valuable and t I had an awesome experience with Avis! They were so helpful, friendly, made everything go quick. My sales guy, Travis, knew my time was valuable and that I am really busy, so he helped me over the phone and thru email so that when I went in, I wasn't there for long, and left with a great deal, and a nice car! Since then he's still been helpful with every question, when I ask. They take care of everything! And you get taken care of long after you leave with your new vehicle. I would highly recommend giving them a try if you're looking for a new/used vehicle. More

Great potential, difficult process I recently purchased a car from Avis, and while I am very happy with the car, the process has been terrible! I have now had my car for four weeks, an I recently purchased a car from Avis, and while I am very happy with the car, the process has been terrible! I have now had my car for four weeks, and this is still not finalized! Initially I reserved a car to test drive, but it had 10,000 more miles on it than advertised, and I was not interested. The second car reservation was cancelled by them accidentally, the third was advertised the wrong color, the fourth I showed up and it was the wrong interior and exterior color, but I bout it anyways. Financing has been extremely difficult. there was no outlined plan, organization, follow through, etc. I received 10 phone calls and over 12 emails in 24 hours, each requesting different things. Through this process I have been in contact with six different peel from Avis, and none seem to communicate. This has the potential to be a great service, but before you drive the car, call and verify the color and milage before driving to the Avis rental, and ask for a very clear, detailed plan, timeline, expectations and list of required information, as I am hoping this would save you significant time. More
