Was getting ready to buy a used Lexus ES350 from this dealership. Liked Andy (general manager) and was shopping around. I eventually picked them and was 15 miles from my house. Had the check in hand but wanted to do a pre purchase inspection first. Adrian (sales rep) said, "yes" and asked to meet me at a nearby mechanic shop and then there was another text saying, "Adrian will go with you to the shop." Then, silence...then Adrian texted me and told me that I don't need to go and said, "We have certified techs here who make sure our vehicles are front line ready." Then, another salesman called me up and said, "I don't know how this went so far but we don't do that here...they (the mechanic) will always find something wrong." WELL, ISN'T THAT THE POINT? I would have liked to deal with this dealership since I liked the manager and was looking to buy a CX-5 turbo. (Lexus was my business vehicle and the CX-5 would have been my personal vehicle.) But I just can't trust a dealership that doesn't stand behind their work. More

Prior to my most recent service visit my rating would hav been a 5 star...but, this most recent 13,000 mile service (1.6 hrs) cost $192.00 labor charge. That seems an extraordinary rate in excesses of $100 been a 5 star...but, this most recent 13,000 mile service (1.6 hrs) cost $192.00 labor charge.
