Immediately Cejay the service manager stepped in and not only made things right but went above and beyond!! You see what was more important to him was that we were satisfied so Toyota would have repeat business. He also thanked me for bringing it to his attention because it was a learning situation that they needed to go over so it wouldn't happen again. I am so impressed with the service we received!
