Don’t buy from or service your car at this dealership. I used to work here, so I trusted them when I bought my vehicle. I believed Scott and Mitch would take care of me. Instead, they took advantage of I used to work here, so I trusted them when I bought my vehicle. I believed Scott and Mitch would take care of me. Instead, they took advantage of me. They sold me a service/insurance package they have failed to honor. It has been over six months of excuses, delays, and wasted trips trying to replace my back seat. I am no closer today than when I started. The service department is rude, disorganized, and careless. They can’t even spell my name correctly. Management gives the same excuses every visit. Sales won’t help because they’re “too busy.” When I asked for the General Manager’s contact information, they refused to give it to me and avoided the request, telling me to “just contact the dealership.” That alone should tell you everything. If this is how they treat a former employee, think about how they treat paying customers. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. More
