Purchasing my 2006 X5 last year was not only my first BMW but was the most convenient and comfortable process that i've ever had in purchasing a car during my 40 years of driving. Jodee was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the entire BMW product line. For the first time I had met a sales rep that was solely focused on what I wanted in a car and not just making a sale. One test drive later and I was hooked on the car, but more importantly felt completely comfortable in purchasing the car from Jodee and joining the BMW of Bridgeport family. From the minute we contacted Bridgeport BMW back in July it was a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, back in July it was not the right time for us to buy even after Tom spent quite a bit of time with me. it was a wonderful experience. Tom could not have been more wonderful from start to finish. Because of Tom and the staff at Bridgeport BMW they have gained customers for life. My children even said that Tom treated them as if they were part of his family! There are not enough adjectives to describe how we feel! Thank you to all at Bridgeport BMW but most of all Tom Buelle! I first stumbled upon this dealer when I had my previos BMW in Service. I was very impressed with the service and the expertise of the service department, by far much better than the one in Darien. I asked my service adviser to recommend a sales person, so I could plan the purchase of a new car. Tom Ballou was recommended. He is an excellent professional that really helped me achieve the car that made the most sense for me. I would highly recommend the service and sales staff at this dealership. It is worth the trip to the seedy City of Bridgeport. The BMW center is also top quality with a beautiful service entry and comfortable waiting area (although they always gave me a loaner, so I never had to wait!). This is by far my favorite BMW center. Sales person was extremely personable and applied no pressure as I made my own decision for myself about what I wanted for my next car. Being a very detail-oriented person, I commend him for being so patient with me as he did a great job fielding just about every question I could throw at him. Just had my first service experience and not only was everyone I met in the service department as friendly and helpful as possible, but the salesperson with whom I had worked came over after walking into the building to make sure everything was going alright and stuck with me for a bit while we got a few first-service-department-visit things sorted out. A ride from work to the dealership was arranged by them [on-time as planned] with very little coordination required, and my car was then ready on-time. Could not speak more highly of a dealership after having dealt with a few from past vehicles. More

Went to see a car they had advertised at one price. Got there, wanted the car, The CPO sales manager walks over and tells me they mispriced it and it's now $2000 more. The salesman was nice enough, but the sales manager then looks at me and tells me he just told me about this on the phone after he learned about it 30 minutes ago. Unfortunatley for him, we spoke 3 hours earlier - and not mispricing situation was ever mentioned. I walked our and wrote a letter to the GM who never responded. I can accept a mistake. I can't imagine the dismissive attitude of the sales manager and a GM who can't even apologize via e-mail. Given their behavior, I wonder what would happen if you buy a car from these people and it has a problem. While their sales reps seem pleasant enough, the management sets a horrible tone. I'd never purchase a car from this dealership. More
