Manjula expertly navigated us through the BMW purchasing experience. She made sure the vehicle we wanted to see was on the lot for us and ready to be test driven upon arrival. My son and I went to BMW of Bridgewater because I was looking to purchase an X3 xDrive30i. My son went inside to find someone to help us while I stayed outside looking at the cars. When I turned around, my son was walking out of the dealership with Manjula Biju who greeted me with a smile and introduced herself. When I told her what I was looking for she checked her system and told me they had what I was looking for and then walked us to the car. We went for a test drive and I really liked the car but my sons, one of them is a BMW owner, suggested that I look at other cars. When I told Manjula that this is what I was going to do, she was so nice about it and said, “No Pressure”, and gave me her business card and said call her if I changed my mind. Long story short, I came back to purchase the car. Prior to signing any paperwork, a nice gentleman named Devin did an excellent job showing me how to work all the technology/features in the car. I was so glad he did because this is my first BMW and I had no idea how to work anything. Overall, it was a great experience that I will never forget! More
