"The shuttle service was so helpful!"

I had a business appointment that I needed to get to and BMW provided a shuttle service at no extra cost. Clay was my driver and he did an excellent job and provided a great conversation. Could not be happier that they actually delivered my vehicle to my office after the brakes were serviced.

I have had nothing but outstanding customer service from both the sales and service departments. Everyone is friendly and eager to help. Any communication regarding vehicle status or services needed is timely and clear. My vehicle is always super clean when I pick it up. I drive out of my way to bring my care to BMW of Cinci North and it is totally worth it. Highly recommended.

"RR Tire and senor on new rim"

The service staff was better than average, friendly and helpful. I had a carry in tire and rim to have the TPS and Tire mounted on new rim. It just took longer than I thought it should.

"Checkup for car"

Dana was very professional and took care of me and my car. I was disappointed in the inside of the car when I got into it. Although it is an old car (5 yrs.), I am very careful about how I take care it. The steering wheel and side door handle both had some white residue on it. Dana said she would try to clean it but I was in a hurry. I have purchased leather cleaner and it seems to be working. Cathy Crain Also, the young man who greets us at the service door is an absolute delight.

The customer service was great, the repair department trouble shot and repaired my vehicle. They use text messages to keep you up to date on your vehicles status which was great for me. They also offer a loaner vehicle when they have to keep yours over the day.
