" Excellent & Quick Yearly M3 Service"

I purchased my 2004 M3 convertible with 6-spd manual at BMW of Cinn North (Jon Ogden) and have always had it serviced there. The car is retired from daily driving duties but still needs it's yearly service. This year Jeff Page set up an appointment for me 3 days after I called and helped me figure out what service it needed. Very friendly and courteous. Quick schedule and very quick service while I waited in comfortable lounge. The BMW CCA discount is nice too. Quality of service is now and always has been excellent. Enjoyed That Jon Ogden and Dave Godby took time from their busy day to renew acquaintance.

"Excellent all around Service!"

I brought my BMW in for a Brake check after I received an intermittent warning. They were missing a key part so they offered me a free rental until my car was completed. They also completed a needed warranty software update and washed the car at the end. Overall excellent and personalized service. I would recommend this service group to anyone who wants excellent BMW Service through an authorized BMW Dealer.

"Great Service Experience"

I think I am on my 4th BMW from Jake Sweeney and I would not go anywhere else to buy a car. The dealership is in a class of it's own. I have been working with the same folks for 10 plus years and they are all still there. The sale & service is first rate. "Diagnosed my problem."

Chris took my complaint about excessive oil consumption seriously, and didn’t just tell me that it was “normal” to use a qt of oil every 1500-2000 miles, like other BMW dealers have. Problem was traced to a faulty oil separator — again something no one else had suggested. I will get this fixed next month when I return from a trip.
