"Basic Maintenance"

First time BMW owner. Brought car in for routine maintenance (oil change). They got it done quickly and professionally. Even got a $10 gift card to eat at local café while I waited! What could be better?

"Critical and unexpected service need"

My 428X came up with a flat tire late on a Tuesday evening and even though the tires are run flat, I was terrified to drive the car. When I called the service department early the next morning, I was reassured that I should be able to safely drive the car the 10 miles to the dealership and was booked an appointment at the exact time I requested. Once there, Chris Owens was his always "customer-focused" self. He calmed me down and assured me that they would take good care of me. Chris had already determined the tire that was needed and identified that one was in stock in the event a replacement was required - it was. Chris also ascertained what service the vehicle would need in the next couple hundred miles and he took care of everything. All the while, I was enjoying lunch on Jake Sweeney at the nearby restaurant, First Watch. Within two hours, I was fully satisfied (superior service and a full belly) then back on the road. Thanks for another great experience!

I had a tire problem last Sunday , my car has been towed to the garage at 1:30 in morning. I leave my key with message, Chris sent me a message early Monday morning concerning this repair. BMW has been return my car back at home Tuesday morning. Very efficient, thank you
