My 428X came up with a flat tire late on a Tuesday evening and even though the tires are run flat, I was terrified to drive the car. When I called the service department early the next morning, I was reassured that I should be able to safely drive the car the 10 miles to the dealership and was booked an appointment at the exact time I requested. Once there, Chris Owens was his always "customer-focused" self. He calmed me down and assured me that they would take good care of me. Chris had already determined the tire that was needed and identified that one was in stock in the event a replacement was required - it was. Chris also ascertained what service the vehicle would need in the next couple hundred miles and he took care of everything. All the while, I was enjoying lunch on Jake Sweeney at the nearby restaurant, First Watch. Within two hours, I was fully satisfied (superior service and a full belly) then back on the road.
