Great experience! Quality service! Took my 750i in for some error codes that caused the DSC to malfunction that lead to a transmission malfunction. Met with the service rep (Harris) and Took my 750i in for some error codes that caused the DSC to malfunction that lead to a transmission malfunction. Met with the service rep (Harris) and the shop foreman (Ralph) who were equally friendly and helpful! I explained the issue to Harris, Harris explained the issues to Ralph, and then both explained the issue back to me to help me get a better understanding of what I was dealing with. Their communication and professionalism was spot on! Throughout the time my car was there for the repair, Harris gave me regular phone calls to let me know what to expect. Again, communication, spot on! The car came back and everything was back to normal. Drove just as I remembered it before the malfunction!Thanks Harris! Thanks Ralph! Thanks BMW of Esco! More
