At this moment our brand new car is in their shop with less than 2k miles on it. The claim they can't get the part out of Germany until who knows when? BMW of North America is involved but we're making less than 2k miles on it. The claim they can't get the part out of Germany until who knows when? BMW of North America is involved but we're making payments on a car we can't drive. We had this car built and it's already a lemon. We're upset, sad, angry and disgusted. Not the experience we thought we'd have with BMW. Fix our car!!!!!!! More
