The service at this dealership is a joke! I’ve tried very hard to give Fort Walton Mercedes a chance and step up in customer service but again a huge disappointment. Every other Mercedes dealership has been hard to give Fort Walton Mercedes a chance and step up in customer service but again a huge disappointment. Keith found us a better bank that beat my credit union interest rate and was able to include my son's info. so he could start building credit history/scores that my credit union couldn't do. CPO Warranty does not cover Horns?? I have a 2016 BMW435I. Both horns stopped working so I took it to BMW Fort Walton for service. I was told that everything is covered under the CPO w I have a 2016 BMW435I. Both horns stopped working so I took it to BMW Fort Walton for service. I was told that everything is covered under the CPO warranty but horns. To replace both horns was $450.00. I contacted BMW USA and they refused to address the issue. Be cautious with this dealer. I was also told my tires that I purchased late 2019 needed to be replaced. I had them checked and they are in the Green zone of safety. Again be cautious with this dealer. More
