I had the pleasure of working with Quality Imports in Fort Walton Beach, Florida on two occasions and both times my salesperson was more than willing to help me in any way possible. The Mercedes-Benz sales manager was very thorough and explained everything to me in a very clear fashion, all without being pushy or condescending. It was a very pleasant experience. Most recently, upon the purchase of a 2010 Mercedes-Benz, I was able to handle nearly the entire transaction online with the help of my saleperson and the Mercedes-Benz manager. Upon arrival, my car was washed and detailed and ready to go at the front if the building. They even topped the gas tank off, even though it was nearly full! I was given a full explanation of the different add-on offerings through Mercedes-Benz, which hadn't been done at previous dealers I have dealt with. My Salesperson, George Lisciotti, even remembered my sister, who's also a Mercedes-Benz driver, who'd visited the dealership with me previously and provided her with some small Mercedes-Benz accessories (key chain, hat, etc.) which I thought was very kind. It was a very smooth transaction and even follow-up dealings with the sales/finance staff have been very pleasant. There were some issues that had to be taken care of after the final transaction took place and I was always able to contact the dealer staff and get answers and I was therefore able to remedy my problem quickly. They've even emailed to simply be sure everything with the new car is going well. I definitely recommend this dealer because they have an excellent staff who's willing and able to help at any cost. Also, they provided me with the best price within 200 miles of my area. More
