Extremely Pleased As a LONG time Mercedes owner (20 years - several cars).....I was very familiar with what to expect whenever my Mercedes needed service. So when I picked up a nail in my new 750 (with run flat tires)....I truly thought ....we will see how this works out. When I arrived at the dealership - I was greeted promptly. They quickly identified the exact problem. However, the replacement tire was not in stock and would arrive the next day. I shared that that timing did not work for me as I was leaving for vacation for 10+ days. So they offered to plug the tire to get me home or offered me a ride home (and for me to leave the car) and pick up my car upon my return. I opted to have the tire plugged so I could finish a few errands before I left town. Made appointment for the new tire installation - when I returned to town. Arrived for my appointment....quickly installed my tire....on my way! Thank you for being professional and prompt!! Gave this new BMW owner a very positive experience! More

I was mislead when I purchased the Wheel and Tire Protection Warranty Plan, so now I sit with a pothole-damaged rim with absolutely no backing from them. If I wanted this kind of service, I would have gone to Kia! Next time I'll give Audi my business. I wish I would have a year ago! More
