Excellent Customer Service! It is the second time I was working with Barry Frucht at Leith BMW in leasing my 2019 BMW X3 and like the first time, he aced in customer service this It is the second time I was working with Barry Frucht at Leith BMW in leasing my 2019 BMW X3 and like the first time, he aced in customer service this time too. Barry's communication and overall attentiveness blew the service from the other dealers I was speaking with out of the water. He made the entire process a breeze and did a great job making me feel valued throughout the transaction. I did feel that the time spent with Finance at the end of the transaction was a bit of a drag but my experience from the sales point of view was excellent and I will highly recommend Barry to any one who is interested in buying/leasing a BMW in the triangle area.
