On the 29th of December, in the year 2022, I purchased a 2018 BMW 530e (vin number WBAJA9C52JB253529) from the San Luis Obispo BMW. It was purchased with 49,552 miles and it currently has less than 56,000 m 2018 BMW 530e (vin number WBAJA9C52JB253529) from the San Luis Obispo BMW. It was purchased with 49,552 miles and it currently has less than 56,000 miles. Initially, I purchased a BMW expecting it to be reliable for my daughter to drive to and from school, however it broke down with less than 6,000 miles added on to it and the cost to fix it is more than $11000, having only owned it for 8 months. $30000 for a car the last less that 6000 miles That is pretty sad. However, my expectation was that BMW of San Luis Obispo stands up for its community and their customers so I tried to reach General Manager Vincent Troncoso to see if I can trade in the car but it was not possible, according with Kevin Nyhus because the value of my car is around $18000. If I’m being honest, in regards to a review of the dealership, I have had multiple issues. Enough so that I no longer used their services unless I was out of options. Most of them dealing with the sta dealership, I have had multiple issues. Enough so that I no longer used their services unless I was out of options. He didn’t make excuses for the past bad experiences but listened to my reasons of hesitation and provided a different service and the vibe to want to make things right and change my outlook on SLO BMW.
