Another great experience at BMW of Sarasota My car was due for service, and my assigned and advisor for this appointment was Lewis Mention, whom I had not met before. He was thorough in going over the 60,000-mile service package, which he said was necessary for my 2014 320i. His explanation allayed any concerns I had about the cost. Rather than have me wait in the show room for 3 hours or more, Lewis encouraged me to take a loaner vehicle, which he promptly arranged. I was able to get work done at home before Lewis called later in the day to let me know my car was ready. When I returned, Lewis took time to go over the service and its results point by point. A very professional gentleman. Not only does BMW produce a fine vehicle, but the service experience always is efficient and hassle-free, especially at this dealership. More

She always has my car ready on time and it is always fixed. I have a 2018 BMW now, but I previously had a 2011 BMW which occasionally needed more that the usual maintenance.
