She didn't try to sell us something that we didn't want. What we liked most about her sales style is that we didn't feel like she was selling us. Caprice is extremely knowledgeable about their inventory and BMW's -- all of them! She knows what's coming up, what's coming in, and she knows how to put a deal together to make it work. I recently moved from another state and while I stayed at College Park during my first week, someone took the four tires and rims away from my 650i. So I went to this dealership for helps and Thomas approached me proactively and that's how my experience got started. My first impression of Thomas is that he is a very friendly and professional service manager, and this impression stayed and enhanced along with the service experience - Thomas oversaw the services required for re-installing the tires and rims, proactively suggested checking the suspension healthiness via the alignments, as well as coordinated the body shop for rocker paint repairing, plus the loaner vehicle. He also had the 10K service completed during the process. He put me at peace of mind throughout the duration and kept me updated on the task completions. He indeed did an exceptional job and my overall experience is very satisfied. I'd highly recommend Thomas Grant for your service needs. More
