I can into to BMW because an alert in my car said that I needed to add engine oil. When I went there without an appointment, I had the greatest customer service experience from Jose Barbosa. He topped off my oil, gave me another bottle of the oil for if this happens again and walk me through the maintenence. I woke up to a dead battery. After calling the service department, Vinny arranged a mobile technician to come to my house. The tech (Jose B.) contacted me with an arrival time.
