Made an appointment 3 weeks ago for recall service. After leaving the car for a day, was informed that the dealer didn’t have the recall part. And since this dealer has stopped offering loaners vehicles I was left at home without a car. More

The Collision Center did excellent work on my BMW. Not only does it look like it was ever damaged, the doors SOUND like it was never damaged. I love the thump a well made door makes when closing. I was up in Maine unexpectedly and received an odd error on my husband's X5. I called BMW of Westbrook and despite being very busy - took me in quickly, had the parts required...fed'exed overnight and pro on my husband's X5.
