It's nice to be surrounded by such examples of automotive excellence, but I can only look at so many of the same car before the novelty thins. Being that the vehicle purchased was a BMW, it was bound to cost more than the average vehicle, and my trade had lots of miles on it, so I wound up making the purchase with a bit more negative equity than anticipated. Still, the product is excellent and it's not the first time I purchased from Ganley; I hope to be able to make another purchase from Ganley in 3 or 4 years. More
My husband and I were easily able to view the pre-owned selection via Ganley's website. When we called Shawn, we knew exactly which car we wanted to test drive. As a side note-- it was a cold, blustery afternoon and after we arrived the pre-owned salesroom became swamped with customers. Jerry handled everything with patience and ease. There was no pressure selling at any time. At one point, Adam Moon, GSM, assisted us as well (paperwork). He, also, was very professional. On the day we came to pick up the car, Mike Hall (financing) was suffering a very bad cold but was able to treat us very professionally and did not pressure sell the financing extras. If there is anything at all to 'complain' about it was that the car should have been detailed more thoroughly-- it was not swept out or dusted when I drove it home. Aside from this small item, we are very happy that we purchased from Ganley! More

BMW was at the bottom of our list and my wife did not particularly like the car we saw at the 2012 Cleveland Auto Show. I've had my eyes set on an Audi A4 for over a year but was really put off by the a particularly like the car we saw at the 2012 Cleveland Auto Show. I've had my eyes set on an Audi A4 for over a year but was really put off by the arrogant sales staff down the road from this dealership. We stopped at Ganley BMW over the weekend only because it was the closest to where we were coming from with the intention of just testing out the car. The deal was irresistable and Ken and Mike were just a pleasure to deal with. They were very friendly and really took the time to explain the features of the car we were looking at and answered every single question we had. In the end, we never made it to another dealer. Picked up my new car today and I drove away feeling that I did well! I would highly recommend Ken and Mike if anyone asks me. More

I visited several BMW dealerships in search of a new BMW. John Caruso at Ganley was very patient with me. He educated me on the different makes of BMW's and their pricing. I was interested in a 328 or 335, b John Caruso at Ganley was very patient with me. He educated me on the different makes of BMW's and their pricing. I was interested in a 328 or 335, but I had a limited budget. I wanted a new BMW, but quickly discovered my budget would not work with a 2012 BMW. John went the extra mile and found me a "loaner" - never titled 2011 328. The car was exactly what I wanted for a price I could afford. Once I finalized the purchase, John took the time to walk through all options on the car including the nav system. More
