Chris Anthony was the salesperson with whom I dealt, and I felt so comfortable with him. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing (2021 CX-9) and explained everything in easy-to-understa I felt so comfortable with him. He even came out the next day when I returned to hand in the title for the car I had traded and checked to see if I had any questions. He gave me his number and said I could call any time with questions. Chris, Andy and Mike made this buying experience so comfortable: I would recommend (and have been!) Baglier Mazda to anyone. I had owned an older model CX-9 which I have had serviced at this dealer for years, and I appreciate their professional and prompt service, and I know that will continue with this vehicle. I have to add also that I am very happy with my new CX-9, its new safety features and wonderful handling, and am so glad I made this purchase. These folks are simply great people. I did my shopping by phone 5000 miles away. They picked me up at the airport and took me to the car lot. After couple test drives and we were sold! Friendly, knowledgeable, and plenty of inventory. Good guys to deal with. They even took us on a walk through the dealership so we know what to expect and wher knowledgeable, and plenty of inventory. Good guys to deal with. I have always had a love/hate relationship with Baglier Mazda - Love the vehicle…. dislike the service i receive. I have had my Mazda3 for 9 years and initially had it serviced exclusively at the dealersh Mazda - Love the vehicle…. dislike the service i receive. I have had my Mazda3 for 9 years and initially had it serviced exclusively at the dealership. The service received was always disappointing. Eventually, i began having my Mazda serviced at another repair shop but i continued to take it to Baglier for the free state/multipoint inspections. The last time was December 2020. These inspections were to include topping off all fluids. In March 2021 i was preparing to sell the car and noticed that the coolant reserve tank was below minimum. Called Baglier and requested a quick service to have it topped off (which appeared to not have been done on the last visit 3 months ago). Not mentioning any names but i believe it was the service manager that said i would have to purchase the coolant because they "did not have any coolant available"(!?). How do they top off the fluids if they don't have any available? The point in my long story is that i was in the market for a new vehicle and despite my disappointment with the service center, i came very close to purchasing a 2021 Mazda3 and even test drove one. I wound up purchasing a 2021 Honda Civic from Honda North. Thank you to whoever I spoke to for showing me that I should consider myself lucky to have missed out on another 9 year love/hate relationship with your dealership. I’ll wave as I drive by on my way to Honda North. More

I waited awhile till I wanted to write this review this was a bad experience I bought a used diesel form Aaron when I arrived and looked over truck it had a very low right rear tire got the shop to put ai was a bad experience I bought a used diesel form Aaron when I arrived and looked over truck it had a very low right rear tire got the shop to put air in it when I asked him to get it looked at he said it may have lost some air due to sitting on the lot no it had a nail in it. I got a 90 day warranty with it thinking I did good I told them I wanted it because I know you can reset codes and they can come back later well guess what showed up 1100 miles later not saying that they did this but when I called about standing behind the warranty that they gave me oh this isn't covered just a power train warranty oh and the other thing was trying to lie about the truck being a commercial truck saying oh because it's a 3500 that's why it's reg as commercial no that's not the reason so if you want a sleezy salesmen that lies thru his teeth Aaron is your guy More
