I’ve been buying Fords for the last 10 years, but unfortunately the dealership I’ve been using has gone downhill. I got5 new 2021 ford vans this year, two of which had defective parts, I had to wait 3 months for a e brake cable that was defective. Failed starter I have been a customer at Baker Cadillac for years and while I have appreciated the good quality service, loaner car and fair prices, last Friday even I have been a customer at Baker Cadillac for years and while I have appreciated the good quality service, loaner car and fair prices, last Friday evening Baker Cadillac was at its best! I left work in the evening only to find my car would not start. I called Baker around 4.40pm and by 5pm they had sent someone to jump start me and when that failed they gave me a loaner at that late hour and fixed my starter by 12pm on Saturday! Rob was as helpful as could be with the financing process, and really made me feel comfortable with my payments and everything else that comes along with buying a car.
