Good overall experience, very professional I really liked the vehicle I purchased, and all of the staff I worked with were awesome. The only negative was how long the process took. I arrived at the dealership at 9 am and didn't get out of there until around 2:30 pm. But part of that was my fault for being so nit-picky and asking tons of questions. I did have to wait almost an hour for the sales reps to get out of their morning meeting and I almost left because of that. But everything from that point onward was great. Cody and Rod were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with me through my first real car buying experience. Thanks for helping me. More

I felt he was very dishonest to me from start to finish with all that extended warranty stuff.he quoted me a price and my payment went sky high. I told him to take that stuff off..HE lied about how many oil changes i could get with the extended oil changes plan.he told me unlimited oil changes.the company that does the oil changes said it will run out at 45000 miles..I think about the finance advisor was very dishonest everyday..Bottom line he was very dishonest. Get some honest finance advisors. when i read my contracts I do not understand what I bought because the finance advisor lied More

He kept tracking on us (without being annoying) and finally he got the deal for us with the support of Gabriel Hernandez and the end also with the Finance support of Charles Hall. Their customer service is exceptional and their help answering questions was great. We were checking options with Honda across the street but the customer service at Baker was a key topic when deciding for our car. Thank u!! More
Pleasantly surprised I had looked at several different models of sedan and was actually going to physically start at Car Max. I did alot of shopping online and talked to several people about their car experiences. However, when I arrived at Car Max on Labor Day, there was absolutely no parking. Obviously very busy. I asked an employee about the parking and they said, "sorry, it's busy". I said, "I'm sorry too." I drove over to Baker Nissan and started looking at some of the sedans. Drew Perry approached me asking if there was any particlar vehicle I liked more than the others. After much previous consideration, I selected the Altima because I liked its looks and also the price tag. I was looking for something more economical than my truck but something that still had some giddy up and go. I decided to give myself some more time and give it a little more thought but agreed to come back on Saturday to see what he could do for me. It ended being one of the best experiences I have ever had buyng a vehicle. I never felt pressured at all. In the past, buying a vehicle had been a laborious experience. I got to the point where I just wanted to be done with it and get out of there. At Baker Nissan, I felt comfortable with both Drew Perry and also with the Finance Manager, Rod Deason. They were both a pleasure to work with and made the most of the experience. I enjoyed everything about my car buying experience and would recommend Baker to anyone and just hope they get lucky enough to work with Drew Perry and Rod Deason. Oh yeah, and I like my Altima too. It's pretty nice. More

Rado had a scheduled vacation the next week, so he made sure to it that we received the best customer service in his absence. He had Mike Conway work with us for the remainder of the process. Mike did a great job of answering questions and following-up with us throughout the buying process. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Baker Nissan. More

After realizing our local Nissan dealer wasn't going to match the deal, we made the 1-1/2 hour drive to Baker, and we're glad we did. Jessie and Star were great to work with, very personable and helpful and not the least bit pushy. The store was crazy busy but they did their best to work with us and get us through the process. We drove home in our new Murano that day, and have been extremely pleased with the car so far. Would we come back to Baker again? You betcha! Thanks so much, Jessie and Star! More

They had a lot of stock to check out and after checking out the Murano and the Pathfinder, we decided on the Pathfinder. The process was as easy as buying a car ever is. They were easy to deal with and I never felt pressure or that annoying feeling that they were playing games with me. My salesman, Ivan, was a straightforward guy and got the deal done. I like that the dealership is family owned and the owner's actually work there. My previous car was an Infiniti and I was a little worried that the dealership would not be as "customer friendly" as the Infiniti dealer is. I experienced that difference when car shopping and comparing the Toyota dealership with the Lexus dealership. Their showroom and service areas are well appointed with all of the creature comforts of my former Infiniti dealer. The showroom and service areas are clean and the staff is extremely helpful. I look forward to using Baker for all of my service needs. More

Kristina assisted me with setting up an appointment. She was very friendly. When I arrived at the dealership service department for my appointment, Kristina was helpful and kept me up to date on news about my 2011 Altima. A sensor needed to be reset. I was called to the cashier's desk and was told that this was covered under the warranty. The cashier was very friendly. Any time one has to deal with car issues there is a sense of dread at the thought of a long wait and possible large payment, but this turned out to be a pleasurable experience. Thank you. More
