Neither good nor bad. I asked the service person to answer a question about the availability of a add-on item for our car. He asked for a nice rating on this review promising me an oil change or gas tank fill - (apparently never registering that we have an electric car!) I asked him what he would offer us! No answer. He said the car would be delivered ‘out front’ so I stood there waiting for it but it didn’t arrive. I hadn’t understood that it had already been parked and I needed to go look for it in the parking lot. He could have been clearer. More
