Where do I start? I had a 2015 trax and brought it to another dealer ship to get it inspected,. I did end up retiring my beloved trax and bought a new terrain from banks. I absolutely adore my 2022 terrain. Cindy and Mike Tierney were wonderful. They both did whatever they could to make my car buy quick,easy, and almost painless. I will NEVER go anywhere else to buy a new vehicle again. My husband is also buying a truck from them. I had an appointment booked for an inspection and oil change and tire rotation. They called me that same morning and told me that I didnt need an appointment for that and that they had cancelled the app change and tire rotation. I went into the dealership at the time of my appointment anyway and the line was around the corner of the building and was told it was a 5 hour wait. So I HAD an appointment and instead of honoring something I booked a week earlier they didnt honor it and instead left me in a line for 5 hours. I instead left and came in another day at 6:30 in the morning. That was a disgusting form of customer service that ONLY makes it easy on them and horrible for their customer. Their system had accepted the appointment and they COULD have contacted me BEFORE the day of the appointment so I could make other arrangements, ESPECIALLY when they knew it was going to be a 5 hour wait. Disgusting. More

I own everything from trucks to sports cars, and I went into Banks looking to sell my 2500 duramax and 2020 GT500. I had previously purchased my duramax from Banks, which is why I chose to go to Banks first. I was told by the sales manager over the phone and by email that they would be prepared to offer anywhere from $46,000 to $50,000 depending on the condition. When I got there I was offered $36,000 for the duramax, which was appaling considering that the truck was in near perfect condition at 70,000 miles. The salesperson whom I had spoken with refused to let me speak with both the sales manager and the used car manager. After driving over an hour to work a deal, I was extremely disappointed in Banks. What was once a pleasant dealership to work with has gone out the window, and instead they are trying to manipulate customers into their showroom with enticing offers for their vehicles. After working with Banks for this many years, I will never be purchasing another vehicle from them and I advise you to as well. More
