Had service done to my jeep. Great expereince from the awesome staff who checked me in to the tech who performed the job. Highly recommend them. Great waiting area and very clean facility!

Sam and her team are the best service group I've ever worked with. Always friendly and accommodating. I drive an extra 15 miles from my "home town" dealership because of the excellent service I receive from Baraboo Motors.

"Good service, good humor, and a smile"

When we left Lake Delton to head home after a two-week vacation we discovered a very loud sound coming from the rear wheel area of our 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan. My contact with BMG was Christina Bryant who made everything easy - from helping me coordinate towing, setting an appointment that would work with my schedule, and keeping me apprised of repar costs and status. Having a disabled vehicle while traveling is not fun nor easy but BMG made it tolerable.

"GREAT"

We arrived in Wisconsin for a overnight family get together from Illinois on a Saturday around noon when a bolt broke on our caliper bracket. We called around either shops were closed or booked until Monday or Tuesday. Baraboo motor group said come in and we will check it out. They fit us in between, when they could and we were on our way with new bolts on our bracket with in the hour. We are so grateful they took the time for us. Friendky, caring staff. Thank you!!!

"vacation break down"

During our vacation the Fuel Pump relay that had been recalled and fixed failed. I called and spoke with Mariah and she was able to get the 2012 Durango in at 2pm. After having it towed to the dealership, the tech (Marvin) was able to get the Durango up and running in about 1 1/2 hrs. The equally impressive part was the fact that the part was not in stock and they sent someone out to pick it up. Although it was an inconvenience to have the car break down during a vacation 7 hrs from home. It is nice to know that there are dealerships and staff that go the extra mile to help you out when needed the most. Thanks again, James Bailey

"Auto Detailing and Tires."

Came in today for four new tires and Auto detailing. My car looks awesome. They paid very careful attention to detail all while doing a great job respecting my property. I trust them with my car. Baraboo Motors is Amazing! Samantha and Mariah are always so friendly to deal with too. Those ladies rock! This is why I still am a loyal customer. Cant write enough reviews, but will ever time I go in for service.

"Above and Beyond"

We were recently in the Wisconsin Dells area on a Business trip. On our journey there, our truck displayed a service error that HAD to be fixed before we returned home. A friend recommended Baraboo Motors so I headed down there. Mariah greeted me with a smile and listened to my dilemma. Although they were not able to fix our truck there (it was a Tuesday morning and we were to be heading back home on Wednesday and they were booked), Mariah went out of her way to not only inform me of other local Dodge dealers that may be able to help me, but to make several phone calls to explain my situation and in the end, secured me an appointment and a loaner car from another dealer. Mariah, you went above and beyond for me and I so greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you so much!!

"Came in for a lug nut and Stud replacement "

Noticed my car was missing a lug nut and Stud, which is a huge safety concern for my family and I. Called Baraboo Motors promptly and took it in Samantha reassured me all is good and had it fixed in no time and back on the road safely. This is true customer service. I will only and always will only come to Baraboo Motors for car purchases and maintenance from now on, they have earned my approval and business for life. No where else have I truly recieved such excellent customer service. See you soon for new tires, alingment and auto detailing can't wait! Love you Baraboo motors!!!

"Going for oil change....."

I went in to get my Chrysler 200 a oil change and just mentioned in passing that I really liked the new Jeep Renegade and that I missed my previous Mountaineer and Charlie said he would look into it for me, never dreaming that I would be leaving in the cutest Jeep out there. I was so impressed that they took the time to get me into a new vehicle and it’s just perfect. I love it!!! Thank you Charlie and Richard Beyer!!!!

"Return for service, leave upgraded"

Went in to have my 2011 Chrysler 200 detailed and a recall completed. Talked to Bart, who sold me the car to begin with. He showed me a couple different vehicles, and I fell in love with a 2015 Chrysler 200 S. I'm really enjoying the newer car.
