"Goes the extra mile"

I've been impressed with the service department at Barker, especially the exceptional service Gay Pamplin has provided to assist me with keeping my GMC Envoy on the road. I travel for business - adding almost 1000 miles a week to my Envoy. I've gotten a fair and honest assessments of my vehicles needs as well as reasonable pricing on the work that Barker's done. I really recommend dealer service, especially even if all you need is an oil change.. Go see Gay, she's awesome!

"Ordered new part that needed to be painted in the body shop"

Everyone is very friendly. But Tracy in the body shop, is by far very, very helpful to the customer and goes above and beyond to help you. She made a very difficult situation very easy for me and handled all of the issues being brought to her from others and put me, the customer, first.

"Outstanding Service"

Whenever I have needed to take my vehicle in for service it was always performed in a timely fashion, but most noteworthy is that the work was done correctly the first time. I did not have to waste time going back a second time for the same problem. I was informed of the cost of the repair beforehand and kept abreast of the progression as necessary.

"Service on my 2015 Yukon Xl Denali"

Since I've purchased my vehicle in 2015, I've been to the dealership more times than I care to count. If anything is going wrong with my vehicle or just regular maintenance; I always bring it to the dealership. This is the first dealership I have ever been to that you are treated like family (no matter how mad I get at times about my car). The entire service department is absolutely amazing.
