Service was not performed as charged Brought vehicle in Service was not performed as charged Brought vehicle in for 39.95 oil change and tire rotation special offered by Barker Honda Houma La. for schedul Service was not performed as charged Brought vehicle in for 39.95 oil change and tire rotation special offered by Barker Honda Houma La. for scheduled appointment Waited about 30 min longer then told it would have (not an issue but for survey information) Was called to pay for services which totaled 49.05 Upon picking up vehicle I notice tires had not been rotated and I notified service advisor Kade Lapeyrouse and he responded and I quote “ “how do You know that they weren’t “ I responded by informing him that I have been a victim before of being charged for services not received and my tires were marked by me for that exact reason. He had no response but appeared to have a look of disdained to my answer. At that point I asked if he would just refund any money for services not performed and he replied that due to used special offer (offered by Barker that it would not be possible) At that response I decided to leave and informed him that I would not be using Barker Honda again for service. Upon returning home I proceeded to perform inspection to at least make sure oil and filter had been replaced by jacking up vehicle and remove skid plate and it appeared to have been performed.
