Buying a car at Barker Mazda was the experience i hoped for. I knew I needed a new car but watching car commercials intimidate folks like me that are not so techno savvy. My husband and I pulled into Bark I knew I needed a new car but watching car commercials intimidate folks like me that are not so techno savvy. My husband and I pulled into Barker Mazda and we were greeted by a salesman (Troy Kyle). After a brief intro my husband advised Mr. Kyle that it was me, his wife that wanted the new car. Mr Kyle from that point on spoke to me instead of my husband as two other dealerships had done ( who by the way did not get my business). I explained my fear of the new technology I had seen on TV and explained that I'm not a computer wiz and don't want a car I can't figure out how to use. Well Troy calmed my fears by explaining everything in the car I was interested in- in non-techno terms. He spent better than an hour after the test drive just making the thing I feared the most not so intimidating after all. I walked out of Barker Mazda with the confidence knowing that the Lincoln MKC that I had just purchased would serve me for years to come. I plan on traveling all over this country since I'm newly retired with the confidence that should I need service there will be a dealership that can assist me. Troy Kyle also told me to call him should I need any questions answered and I have. He answered every time and has been gracious and polite and patent when I call. Thanks Troy!!!!! More

I called on Saturday evening and spoke to salesman Troy Kyle inquiring about a Lincoln MKS on the Baker Lincoln Mazda lot. Troy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the particular vehicle I inquired about. He even offered to meet me at my convenience on Sunday so my wife would be able to take a better look at the interior of the vehicle. I explained that I would be working late on Saturday night and Sunday morning. On Monday afternoon I was available to meet with Troy and he was very helpful and as our previous phone conversation. After a brief negotiation of vehicle price with Jay Tucker and Troy I was very satisfied with price and service I received with the vehicle.
