I don't expect staff to play mask-police, but nevertheless I found myself without a safe place to wait and work while my car was being serviced. Lacks consistency. They uncovered an issue which would have costed $1000 to repair, after claiming it was repaired for $140 at my last visit. Had an appointment for 1:30 but arrived at 1. Sabina met me at my car and before I got out, she advised that she failed to add the painting for my mirror and that I would have to pay for it. I indicated tha me at my car and before I got out, she advised that she failed to add the painting for my mirror and that I would have to pay for it. I indicated that she told me I would have to to pay for the labor( $140) at this time and that was what I was going to pay. I asked to speak to her supervisor and did so after she went to explain the issue. He came out and asked “what’s the problem “, and I said “you know what it is “ and I do not feel l have to pay for the painting. He then said he would remove the painting charge and work it out later. Note : It took two and half hours to complete the work. More
