Jessica Anwar who works alongside Michael was very professional and helpful.
I highly recommend the bayridge toyota service dept. as the staff and mgt provide great service to customers.
They've got a lot of improving to accomplish in the service department. Overpriced and horrible time management. Not lacking in effort in trying to make things right but when you've been overpriced, you expect more in timely service. Maintenance shouldn't be an all day ordeal. They also need to improve on their communication to the customer and each other.
