Brian is a good service advisor. I had to come to the dealership 3 times within the month and he was very helpful. I had to come back the 2nd time for antifreeze leaking it should’ve I had to come to the dealership 3 times within the month and he was very helpful. I had to come back the 2nd time for antifreeze leaking it should’ve been caught the 1st time. The other gripe I have is that you keep the vehicle for too long. The first time I came in they kept my car for almost 1-1/2 weeks and I still had to bring it back a week later for the antifreeze leak then they kept it for another five days. More

Worst experience ever! !! Dropped of my van 4/12/23 and still hasn’t gotten it back. From the day it was dropped off, NO ONE has called to let me know anything about my van! !! I called 4/15 and was told the advisor of my van is late and he will call me back! NEVER DID… called back 4/17 and was told that advisor no longer work there and that I there is no further update on my vehicle and the new advisor is not in so he will call me back the next day. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK THE NEXT DAY! I called back the next day and was told I have a new advisor and he will Call me back within 30 mins because he is checking on my vehicle status. NEVER CALLED BACK!! I called back 4/19 and was told they are waiting for a part for my vehicle because it has to be replaced. Mind you NO ONE called me to discuss what is wrong with it and why it’s being replaced!!! The advisor told me we will get the part by 4/21 and I will make sure I call you and let you know and it will be ready by 4/23. NO ONE CALLED BACK TO INFORM ME OF ANYTHING!! I called back 4/25 and was told the advisor will call you back he’s checking on the status of your car. NEVER CALLED BACK! Every time I called I’m told they will call me black and no one ever does!!! It’s been 3 weeks and not once has someone called me back. Like who does that and promising my car will be done by yesterday. Yet NO ONE CALLS BACK WITH ANY INFO!!!! I will be contacting them tomorrow to speak to a manager because it’s ridiculous. More
