BEWARE. I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS NOW, 3 LEASED VEHICLES AND ITS HIT OR MISS WITH THIS PLACE. MY LAST VEHICLE WAS GREAT ENGINE WISE. BUT WHEN IN I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS NOW, 3 LEASED VEHICLES AND ITS HIT OR MISS WITH THIS PLACE. MY LAST VEHICLE WAS GREAT ENGINE WISE. BUT WHEN INTOOK IT IN TO SERVICE FOR NAVIGATION NOT WORKING, THE “MECHANIC” DAMAGED THE DASHBOARD AROUND THE RADIO! Had it fixed after speaking with Bob Kennedy even got some freebies for the hassle BUT NOTHING COMPARES OR COULD MAKE UP FOR THE OVERALL SERVICE WHICH I AM NOTICING AFTER LEASING MY 3rd VEHICLE FROM HERE. THE FIRST ONE HORRIBLE AND NOW THIS 3rd 2023 VEHICLE A LEMON!!!YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD TREAT THEIR LONG TIME CUSTOMER WITH PRIORITY AND COMPASSION? NOT AT ALL! I AM JUST VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS DEALERSHIP AND WITH THE OWNER AL, WHO I THOUGHT WAS LOOKING OUT FOR ME. I would not even give this dealer a 1 star. The only reason I was dealing with this dealer for so long is because of someone I thought I was cool with in the service department but that is questionable now that they have changed over the years from working in this place for so long. Recently leased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Hybrid and it was a nightmare from the moment I brought it home. WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN IT THE SAME DAY, THEY TOLD ME ACCORDING TO NY STAYE LAW I AM STUCK WITH IT! I have been in the service department about 3 times now- just leased it May 18th! MIND YOU THE MECHANICS DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW TO WORK ON THESE NEWER VEHICLES! How can you sell new hybrid vehicles and not have knowledgeable mechanics there who know what they are doing?! WELL NOW MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. FIRST IT WAS THE LOUD ENGINE REVVING UP ON ITS OWN (which they told me was normal with Hybrids) NEXT, IT IS xxxxxxx UP GAS, THE BATTERY LEVEL GOES DOWN REALLY FAST ETC ETC. NOW I HAVE A LEMON. FIRST OF ALL THEY PUSHED THIS VEHICLE ON ME EVEN THOUGH I NEVER ASKED FOR A HYBRID! TELLING ME I HAD NO CHOICE BECAUSE THATS ALL THEY HAVE. AND THEY RAN MY CREDIT ALREADY WITH ABOUT 30 credit companies, SO I HAD NO CHOICE NOW BUT TO BE STUCK WITH THEM BECAUSE NOW MY CREDIT SCORE WAS HEAVILY IMPACTED. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. I WOULD NOT EVER GO HERE. THE NICE PEOPLE WHO ARE HERE ARE NO LONGER NICE- THIS DEALERSHIP CHANGED THEM AND TURNED THEM INTO RUDE ARROGANT PEOPLE BECAUSE CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS COMPLAINING ABOUT WHAT GOES ON HERE. AND IT LOOKS LIKE THE EMPLOYEES ARE FED UP ALSO! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!!! More
