The service write up did not use the coupon that I brought in. The vehicle was serviced quickly, but they recommended further service after the vehicle was returned. They said they drove the car but t brought in. The vehicle was serviced quickly, but they recommended further service after the vehicle was returned. They said they drove the car but there was no additional miles. Then they were going to charge me for diagnostics that are covered under warranty. I will not take it back unless I have to. More

Dropped my car off and told them oil change, wash, vacuum and top of wiperfluids. We get a call after it's paid for and we pick up keys that the window was left down. We get to dealership and they never wash and top of wiperfluids. We get a call after it's paid for and we pick up keys that the window was left down. We get to dealership and they never washed, vacuumed or topped off the fluid. We have 3 vehicles we bring here..but not anymore! This happened before as well. Sorry won't go for 3 strikes, my time is worth more than that. More
