THE BOTTOM LINE: Of the 5 Chevrolet Dealers in my are that I personally went to, Beaver Chevrolet won my business. Every Beaver Chevrolet employee I encountered was both courteous and helpful. My salespersons, Jonathan and Mason, were easy to deal with, and understood exactly what I was looking for in a new truck, and found me exactly what I wanted. Along with their Sales Manager, and the Finance Specialist, they all worked hard to listen to my requirements, and based on specific things that I wanted and expected, they got me the best deal out of the five dealers I visited, and the other dealers I did not visit but queried online and over the telephone. I will buy from Beaver Chevrolet again if I need a vehicle, and when my friends and family in the NE Florida/SE Georgia area ask me for my recommendation on buying a new vehicle. I am sending them to Beaver Chevrolet, and telling them to ask for my sales guys, Jonathan and Mason. More

There isn't a service desk or receptionist so I had to snag a employee walking by, I was informed that the service consultant that I scheduled my appointment with had "called in" which I guess means he's not around. Apparently the computers were down that morning, so it was chaos. It didn't get much more professional from there, sloppy describes the appearance, attitude and approach in this case on this day. I know, its Chevy not Lexus or Mercedes but it should still be professional, right? More

On top of this, they claimed they could not "duplicate the issue". Typical of a dealership to say. However, I know without a doubt they did not test drive the vehicle, at least properly. If they had, the vehicle would have acted up, as it does for me EVERY time I drive it. The car is unsafe to drive in it's condition as it refuses to accelerate, it will be going back to service. More
