I gave Beaverton Kia a perfect score because everyone went above and beyond to make our purchase as simple as possible. My 20yr old daughter and I went in on a Wednesday to "just look" at a Kia Soul - Marty gave us a run down of all the options available and let my daughter take one on a test drive. She decided she needed to check out one more car at "another" dealer before deciding. Marty was totally understanding and respected our decision to hold off, even though Alisha ran the numbers and let me see how affordable a brand new 2011 vehicle could be. I told them that my husband was out of town until Friday and I would not be making any purchases before he could take a look himself. Again, no pressure from anyone. I took my husband in on Saturday so he could check it out, but HE wasn't ready to commit on the spot. The next day I called Darrin and Marty and asked if they could have one ready by the following week...but they made me an offer I couldn't refuse so two hours later I bought a new 2011 Soul. This was a different car buying experience than I am used to. They explained everything very extensivley, and I was comfortable with their process. I was able to walk in have my wife test drive the vehicle she like, which was a Kia Soul. Told Rick the saleman if she like and wanted the car I would come in later and if they (the dealership) could make th she like, which was a Kia Soul. I took my car in for service, and found that it wouldn't last the winter. I was greeted by Arthur, a very friendly Sales Rep, and we conversed about the duration of my car and what the possibilities of gett last the winter. I knew there were things to fix, but my situation was bleak, and didn't want to be caught in the middle of no where in my broken down car! So, the ball got rolling, the numbers were put together, and they went out of their way to get me a price that as a single mother with two kids, I could afford and still have food on my table! They went above and beyond in the finance department to shop the best deal for me!! The management is superior in this dealership and the way they do business! The numbers were crunched, the staff was incredible, and the environment was friendly and comfortable. They listened to my needs, and I really felt that they took great care of us!! I would recommend not only a KIA as a vehicle, (they are such great and reliable cars!) but also strongly recommend getting your car from Beaverton KIA. I was more than THRILLED when my girls and I left in a brand new 2011 Forte! It was like a dream! I have written them a very nice thank you letter, and let them know I would let everyone I talk to know of what a terrific operation they have there, and if they are considering a KIA-- that is the place to go. However, Bobby and Lisha went out of their way to get us into a car that was suitable and at a great interest rate. Lisha was deeply concerned about the experience we had had thus far and did everything in her power to turn the experience into a positive one. She even took the time to call me a couple of days later to thank us for giving them a second chance. We're just glad that the made the situation right and were able to get us into a car that fit our needs and budget. We will definitely go back when its time to upgrade. More

We left the dealership feeling great about the price and service we received. After the purchase my husband's Honda had a short in the dome light. He took it in and Alisha covered the expense in full even thought it was sold as is. I should also mention Darren who helped us through deciding whether or not to lease or purchase. He was very patient with us and I appreciated it. There was never any pressure and no slimy sales people to deal with they were all very professional. If you are considering a new or used car purchase we definitely recommend Beaverton KIA. More

I gave this review for a number of reasons. I have never been treated so fantasically while shopping for anything. My husband and I were desperate to buy a reliable vehicle for our family. We stopped by the dealership to see if there was any hope of us getting financed. We hooked up with Rick, who is super sincere, helpful, and supportive. He gave us options without being pushy. Alisha is the finance genius who assisted us. I actually overheard her on the phone pleading our case like she was a family member. At that point we decided no matter what the outcome these people are the real deal. True professionals with caring hearts. It took alot of work on their part and a couple days, but we picked up our car today and we couldn't be happier. We also met others today while signing papers including the general manager. They all treated us like we are gold members of a private club. Go see these people, they are truly the best in the business!!! More
