Went in for recall notice. Was treated very well. I appreciated the attention I was given. I can't testify to the quality of the work as it was a recall situation regarding the passenger side airbag. But Robert answered my questions and provided me with the information I asked for, then he walked me out to where my car was parked. The only thing I wonder about is that after he walked away and I got in, I noticed my owner's manual was on the passenger seat, not in the glove box, which means they went into the glove box to find it. After test driving our two choices, we checked out financing options through the salesman. We decided to take sometime to think it all over and the salesman was very courteous. I fully expected him to apply the hard sell but no. We had intended to go to several other dealerships but decided not to. After talking it over, we called the salesman and said we were on our way back to purchase. The purchase was quick and easy. Once all the paperwork was done, we went out to the car and went through how to work everything. More
