After a lot of research we decided on a certified pre-owned Prius, and choose to go to Beaverton Toyota. We had this decision on extensive online research and other reviews. What drew us in the most was that their sales associates are NOT commissioned based, they are instead salary. A friend of ours had recently bought a car at a dealership that has this same structure and it came highly recommended. When we arrived our sales associate, Alan McDonald greeted us as we walked up the steps. From the get go he had an excellent sense of humor and low pressure helpful demeanor. He took us over to the selection of used prius' the lot had available and using our criteria he helped us narrow it down to three that met our specifications for price, miles, and color. He let us know about their dealerships CLEAR method of service (Non-comissioned sales and you only deal with one person the entire time) and got us the car fax on each of the cars we were interested in. After a quick test drive we found the one and could not be happier! As far as car dealership experiences go this was an absolute winner. Alan was wonderful and friendly, and made the whole process a breeze. Will definitely be coming back for all of our future care purchases! More
