2011 Carolla S My work/commuter car had been having issues the past month or so. I had just spent decent money on getting it fixed and alas, more problems. I browsed Beaverton Toyota's webpage and found a car I was interested in. 30 min later I drove to the dealership and they took me straight to the car I wanted to see. Took it for a drive and was talking numbers in less than an hour. I had pretty specific requests if I was to buy the car that day. Such as getting a certain amount for my trade it, the terms of the loan, etc. Everything I requested was granted with no resistance at all! In fact, some of my request they did better than I asked for! I had two kids with me who were well entertained with the mini golf and the kids room with the disney movies they had playing. Overall, this was a car buying experience I never thought exist. It was enjoyable the whole time, I never felt pressured or out of place like I did at other dealerships. There is no question I will return here when I purchase another vehicle in the future. All the recommendations from family and co workers were spot on. Beaverton Toyota doesn't mess around with customer service, they treat you well! More

Best car buying experience to date After careful consideration at other dealerships I ended up stopping by Beaverton Toyota just to look at some models. I was waiting for a sneak attack After careful consideration at other dealerships I ended up stopping by Beaverton Toyota just to look at some models. I was waiting for a sneak attack sales person to jump out of the bushes to try and sell me a car. This did not happen which was refreshing. Instead, a gentleman was driving by who worked there and asked if I would like help. Jessa walked over and asked my interests and introduced me to Jr Guzman, Sales & Leasing Representative at Beaverton Toyota. Jr was personable, not pushy or arrogant and was able to show me several makes and models before making my decision. He allowed me to drive on the freeway, around town, and allowed ME to make MY decision. When it came down to making my decision I was offered options and it was a smooth process. Together with Jr and the appraiser who took in my trade in at a reasonable price, I left the dealership feeling completely satisfied with my purchase. I have already referred business to Jr. More

I was able to come in and test drive the RAV4 immediately, and take it onto the highway with Jessica. Jessica answered my questions very timely and was great at following up. Wasif also took me on a second test drive, answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the car. I was ready to order one from "scratch" and wait for two or three months for delivery. When Mason at Beaverton Toyota called to tell me they had the exact truck I was looking for, I almost didn't believe him. I was wrong to be so skeptical. He'd found the exact truck I wanted and held it for me. The "clear" price was very fair--cheaper than I could find elsewhere and even lower than some of the consumer car buying websites claim is a fair purchase price. The actual purchase was informative and easy. I dealt with Mason only, who led me through the paperwork. He informed me of all options but was not pushy, and in about an hour I was out of the dealership feeling great about the whole experience and excited to drive away in my truck. This is the second vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Beaverton Toyota. I'd highly recommend Mason and the dealership generally. More

I cannot express how different of an experience it was! Richard Kim at Beaverton Toyota absolutely took care of me. I never felt pressured and he gave me time to think through things. Along with that, there was a price I wanted to stay at that I didn't think was possible to be at in such a new car, but he made it happen. I feel so incredibly blessed to be driving my New Nissan Rogue and paying exactly what I want for it. Richard Kim treated me like a daughter and never took advantage of my age or gender. My boyfriend who had previously bought 2 vehicles at Beaverton Toyota Scion suggested I try there before going with another brand vehicle. I have to say the difference between the 2 Toyota dealerships was HUGE - Greg P was a very friendly salesman who listened to me and answered my questions, was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, and let me try a couple of the cars they had on-site. A few hours later, I had traded in my car for a very reasonable trade-in value and had purchased a new car. An incredibly positive/happy experience overall. I would highly recommend you try Beaverton Toyota Scion first if you are considering buying a Toyota! (Love my new car too!) More
