These people at duval Cheverlae are scammers my son bought a 2019 Nissan Rogue he had it for three months and the engine went out of it they picked his car up in June they kept saying it was ready we bought a 2019 Nissan Rogue he had it for three months and the engine went out of it they picked his car up in June they kept saying it was ready we go to pick the 14 of July it broke down on my son and they said they will not honor the motor or labor More

I recently wrote a review on the first service I had done to my truck there. Sadly I was not a happy with the service that was given. As of today I received a phone call from the NEW service manager Bill Rey to my truck there. Sadly I was not a happy with the service that was given. As of today I received a phone call from the NEW service manager Bill Reynolds he has only been there a couple of weeks and has assured me that things will be making a turn around under his management. I will be giving them another shot at service on my truck, he has assured me things will be done correctly and has also gave me my next service free on him. I will be reporting back to this review as soon as I have my next service. I am looking forward to working with Mr. Reynolds, I am putting my confidence in him to make sure this goes like it should. Thank you, Mr. Reynolds for your phone call today and being concerned for your customers wants and needs! More

I've written reviews of this dealership in the past and as in my last review I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff. Rocco, Terry, Kurt, Scott, Bruce and the rest of the Duval Chevrol as in my last review I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff. Rocco, Terry, Kurt, Scott, Bruce and the rest of the Duval Chevrolet, Starke staff are the absolute best in the business. The service department is the best I've ever used since 1976. More

Timely service for un-Timely problems Beck Chevrolet of Starke had done all of my service work on my 2014 Silverado since new, 3 months ago around noon I noticed an oil leak on my driveway Beck Chevrolet of Starke had done all of my service work on my 2014 Silverado since new, 3 months ago around noon I noticed an oil leak on my driveway and immediately took it to Beck of Starke and Ronnie the chief tech took it right back and discovered that the oil filter had a crack in it, he changed it out, done a complete service and had me back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Most recently the A/C went out in the same truck, as the mileage was at 51,999 the warranty was out so Rocco, the service manager hooked me up with the right people to call and G. M. Fixed my A/C as a good will gesture which saved me $1000 dollars. I have nothing but good to say about Beck Chevrolet of STARKE service dept. Rocco, Ronnie, Anzlee and the rest of the staff are the BEST service staff I've ever dealt with, hands down. More
